Meet the Team
Meet the dedicated individuals who drive our mission forward. Each member brings unique skills and passion to support the students and staff and enhance the environment at Grace Warner Elementary School.

Lisa Roenspie
President & Founder
Lisa brings decades of experience in accounting, financial management, and organizational operations to the Alliance. Throughout her career, she has worked in both government and private-sector accounting roles, developing expertise in budgeting, financial oversight, and administration. She credits much of her professional success to the outstanding mentors who guided and trained her throughout her career.
Now semi-retired, Lisa is committed to supporting educational opportunities and building community partnerships that benefit the students and staff of Grace Warner Elementary School.

Danny Hart
Secretary & Co-Founder
Danny Hart is a local business owner and former healthcare-focused corporate development executive and corporate attorney. Throughout his career, he has advised boards of directors and executive leadership teams on corporate governance, strategic planning, and organizational oversight.
A Reno resident since 2010, Danny is enthusiastic in his support of public education. His five children have attended and continue to attend a variety of Washoe County School District schools, including Title I schools, technical academies, and other local campuses. His firsthand experience as a parent provides valuable perspective and a deep commitment to supporting educational success throughout the community.

Debra Culbertson, M.Ed.
Treasurer & Co-Founder
Debra spent her career in education, helping children and their families embrace meaningful learning. In addition to teaching in Title 1 schools, she spent time managing home bound teachers in a nonprofit that served children with disabilities. While teaching and after retiring, Debra also spent time supervising student teachers, trying to pay forward the invaluable mentoring that she received during her education.
Having taught on a military base, in a public school, and in a nonprofit educational setting, she has seen the positive impact supportive communities have on the development of children and looks forward to contributing to that in Reno.
Now retired, Debra splits her time between Reno and Washington so she can spend time with her three grandchildren.
